Bouquet of paper and bride and groom on bicycle

Bouquet of paper and bride and groom on bicycle

One more week promising good here on the blog. Today’s post will tell (and show) about the marriage of Sophie and Jimmy, a super-bereaved couple who went over the formalities and traditions of a marriage.

Bouquet of paper and bride and groom on bicycle. Love. Joy. Friendship. Complicity and a very warm day. This somewhat sums up the marriage that took place on June 10, 2017 in Houthalen, Belgium.

Sophie chose to wear a short dress. According to her, long … READ MORE

Wedding with no formalities in Genk – Belgium

Hello! Another cool post from a super wedding that happened in Genk, Belgium. Yvette and Hans asked only one thing: “Do your job. It was for it that we fell in love and you’re the professional”. I was so happy to hear that. Of course that the clients who come to me search exactly for the style of pictures that I take, but leaving me totally (really totally) at ease during one of the couple’s most important days is more … READ MORE

Civil wedding in Leuven – Belgium

Hello again! Today’s post will be about the civil wedding in Leuven – Belgium that I took pictures of beginning of June.

Karen and Dries came to me through his brother Jasper and their sister-in-law Nele. I took pictures of their wedding last year (if you have not seen the post click here). In fact, Karen and Dries’ wedding was divided into two stages: the civil wedding in Leuven – Belgium in June of this year and the religious … READ MORE

Pictures for the wedding invitation

Pictures for the wedding invitation.

A couple who already have a long standing story to tell. Femke and Kenneth make a beautiful pair. The companionship, love, and dedication they have to one another is visible. This session was held before their wedding, which took place earlier this month in July, here in Belgium.

The intention was to make the wedding invitation with one of the photos. Purpose accomplished!

For the photos, we went to the place where the civil wedding … READ MORE

Sarah and Lars – when the bridesmaids are the couple’s daughters

Bridesmaids are always lovely, are not they ?! And when the bridesmaids are the couple’s daughters? It is even more special.

Sarah and Lars got married in March of this year (2017) and celebrated their happiness with their daughters, family and close friends.

The civil ceremony took place in Riemst city hall, in Belgium, and the religious ceremony took place in a church very close to the couple’s house, also in Riemst.

The bridesmaids represented their role very well. They

About a family in Algarve

Hello! Today’s post is about a family living in Portimão – Algarve, southern region of Portugal.

Gabriela, Eric and Theodoro: a beautiful family, full of love, joy and disposition. We found ourselves in Praia da Rocha and took advantage of that wonderful place, with a beautiful light and an incredible sunset.

Teodoro was just over a month old and behaved so well. That small baby certainly brought even more light to the life of this couple.

About the session, we … READ MORE

A day of love

After so long without posting (I’m sorry) I’m back with a beautiful wedding. Today is a day of love!

Esther and Tom had 01 month to prepare everything. As they are moving to China, official paperwork had to come out faster. I, as a friend and photographer, was very honored to be able to take pictures of the couple’s beautiful moments and contribute a little more.

On 10/05 they held a civil ceremony in the city of Bilzen, Belgium. They READ MORE

With love

After a long time I’m back with the pictures of this wonderful wedding that happened last summer, here in Belgium. Stephanie contacted me a few months before the wedding already with the certain that I’d be taking the pictures 😃

Our interview was super laid back. Because at the time I was also organizing my own wedding, we shared the same experiences and we had pretty much the same suppliers. Everything made with love.

On the day of Stephanie and READ MORE

The Baptism of Mats

Do you remember the post I made about Stefanie’s family session? Click here to remember ;). Today’s post is about the baptism of her second son, Mats.
The baptism took place in a church in the city of Beverlo, Belgium. Only for parents, grandparents and close relatives.

The Catholic church has the same ritual of marriage and baptism anywhere. Here wouldn’t be different. The anointing moments with the oil, water, candle were all realized and shortly after Mats had been
