Uau… It’s not a joke when we hear that time flies.. Almost two years that these love birds had their wedding in Aarschot. I can still remember all the details about this beautiful day. The preparation of Jill, her mom feeling emotional.. All the family together heading to the city hall of Aarschot by foot.. because they lived only one minute from it 😀
Their first look took place inside the city hall, when her dad brought her down the aisle. They were all happiness. Lars couldn’t stop smiling and the looks between the two of them were just magical and beautiful to be seen. I felt, like I always feel, privileged to capture those special moments.
Everybody knows that a wedding at the city hall goes very fast. Something like 15 min and it’s done. We had then plenty of time to enjoy the good weather and beautiful surroundings of Aarschot and take some pictures. After Jill and Lars had some nice time with those who came to see the wedding in Aarschot, we took pictures with the family on location and went to the Abbey of Averbode, another beautiful place to be for pictures. The reception, dinner and party took place in Veerle, so the Abbey was on the way to the venue.
Pictures taken, time to head to the venue and enjoy the time with the guests. Jill and Lars made the option to have me there until the reception. So we enjoyed it to take some pictures with the rest of the family. It was lovely and funny. And the family had, afterall, the pictures to remember those moments.
